It is also the event that launched the Royal Meeting as we know it and, as thousands turn out to see this coveted prize contested, designer creations and millinery masterpieces and take centre stage. We've already secured our tickets in the Silver Ring where you can enjoy close-up views of the Royal Procession as it journeys past the stylish lawns. This is the enclosure the horses past first on their creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
Hilton Watford The four-star Hilton Hotel is conveniently located close to Bushey museum and Art Gallery and Watford Market. Each modern room at Hilton Watford Hotel has 24-hour room service, a TV with cable channels, and facilities for making tea and coffee. The hotel had connecting rooms (subject to availability). Facilities include a bar, restaurant, gymnasium and business centre.
Day 1: Join our coach this morning as we make our way to the Hilton Hotel for a two-night stay. En-route we'll stop at Oxford, where wou'll have time at leisure to enjoy the dreaming spires of this historic city. Check into your hotel with dinner this evening. Day 2: Today is Race Day! Board the coach for Royal Ascot. Included in your holiday is a ticket for the Silver Ring. The atmosphere here is always vibrant with guests enjoying betting facilities, artisan food stalls, Champagne and Pimm's bars, and picnics on the lawn. Following a day of incredible racing, including the renowned Gold Cup, live music plays into the early evening. Return to your hotel for a late dinner. Day 3: After breakfast join the coach and head for Windsor, where you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the sights of this fashionable and sophisticated town. Have lunch by the river, cross the bridge to Eton or visit Windsor Castle, the official Royal Residence. Arrive back later today.
